We had one which we used with a silage grab. Best tool ever at the time for clearing out the years amassed dung from the covered yard where the milking herd over wintered and, of course, for putting out silage[emoji3][emoji3]

I wouldn’t worry at all. If I go on a run, I just head into a garage somewhere en route and top up on white - enough for the outing anyway. Carry the receipt with you - same days date.
I’ve never had any pump issues nor problems with bacteria growth - or at least none that the filters can’t...
I believe there are O-ring seals at either end of the hydraulic cross shaft. Would anyone know if they can be replaced in situ, or whether the entire top cover has to come off? If it’s the latter, I guess it can go on dripping for now[emoji3][emoji3]

It does share the oil. Dipstick on rear casing - opposite side to pto lever. Fill via plug in front of gear levers. Multipurpose was what we always used and I still do in mine
DVD copies of the 135/148 manuals are readily available on EBay.
Does anyone know the size and thread of the block tapping that IH used please?
I want to fit an oil pressure gauge and hence need a suitable adapter.

T20 and DB900 both TVO. We were running 250 acres mixed arable/sheep. Growing cereals and sugar beet in late 50s, early 60s. Combining with TVO Massey Harris 726 Tanker.
I don’t know a great deal about it. I bought it from a guy in Wales maybe six years ago. He had left it standing outside for years having given up the tenancy of a farm and an associated small contracting business. The bonnet was straight and nose cone was intact at the time, this got damaged...
