    Lexion as a rethrasher/ cleaner

    Have some linseed combined a little to early, that needs some of the pods re thrashed, has anyone done such a thing through a lexion? I hoped to be able to put the sample into the returns, and close up drum and clean sample up.

    The only problem with bailing straw as I can see it is chaff and Vol all being in rows thus you get double the problem where the combine runs.

    JD forager and JD combine header

    Does anyone use this combination for whole cropping, how difficult is it to match the two up? We have access to a 6m header and 7850 forager. I think the reel drive is the difficult bit?

    This is what I was told as well, I suppose if seed bed is party good before the rolls then apply before will not make much difference?

    What is the deal with rolling after applying avadex on drill? Always told about the risk of granules getting into seed slot?

    Thanks I thought that may well have been the answer! I do most of the avadex with a Kuhn boom spreader which does a great job, but have got the stock machine that is not used for osr any more so seemed like a plan if I could get it to work. I will give stocks a ring
