So, here in America it's just about shearing time. Usually we have a shearer come who's from pretty far away and he travels around to lots of different farms. He stays with us for a couple of days and does the small flocks in our area (including ours). There aren't many shearers available so...

About 4 hours ago this was a lovely vegetable garden with loads of promise. Then sheep. Now it is a reminder to make better fences.

I think it's parasites an maybe too much rain. We had a really wet winter.

Would anyone have an opinion about what type of sheep this is most like? I'm thinking someone might. You all have probably forgotten more than I will ever know.
