My matrix pro touchscreen has stopped working, and I wondered whether anyone else has had this problem?

I have a MF65 and a 135. Could anyone tell me whether the red paint for the tinwork and the grey for the chassis/wheels would be the same shade on both tractors? I have decided to put some more paint on them both to prevent rust getting worse.
