    Stop serving now till April or May. That might give you a good start if you have a good number fresh/open. So you winter calvers are now springs next year. Then either go split block or run the late spring/summer calves round to serve December then delay serving by 4-6weeks to turn your autumns...

    Just when I see on YouTube the chilled out OAD farmer uses vettechs for a lot vaccinations and that's where they tend to inject under the skin. I do it often odd one in the parlour, then either there or by ribs vaccinating in a straight race which ever easiest. Not saying its right or wrong...
