Opinions on John Deere 6195M series.

The M series are great. We have 6110, 6175 and 6195M. Really a nice tractor to be in and its simple and user friendly. All that you need. Pulls like a train and if you get it with suspension its a nice ride.

Contractor started cutting our silage. Really happy with the outcome since this crop didn't have it easy. Seems like the previous farmer had a bit of a rust problem checking the color of the Macdon

    New Tractor and Loader

It came as it is now. Didnt add or take off anything. Still need to build a frame for the weight pack to hang on the three point when we do a lot of loader work

    New toy day

This got delivered a few weeks back. John Deere 6110M with 623R loader. Its our backup plan when the telehandler gies down/to busy and also a nice unit to run in field after silage bales.

Same problem here in South Africa. You can buy a few sizes up on New Holland and Massey compared to JD price. Dont know what JD's idea is with pricing. They announced another price increase from Oct for the SA market.

It caused big trouble yes. It has settled down a bit but the EFF party is trying to flame it back up. Certain parts of the country unfortunately was hit hard by it.

    The hand over

In South Africa irrigation hectare at about 300-400000 ZAR (21 zar to a pound) 14285-19050 pounds/ha. Not sure what a combine cost but I understand what you are implying. [emoji28] Just a fun fact.

    Front hitch and pto

Sorry if this sounds dumb but when you say 1+3 is for the rear that is obviously picking up and down and setting the hidrolic pressure on the mower. 2 is for lifting the front. So do you use it to drop the front hitch to a certain point, see some front mowers have chains that is the stop, and...

    Front hitch and pto

I went and saw your photo in the new toy thread. Unfortunately us here in South Africa cant get it that way. I wanted the autopowr or actually exactly how yours looks but not available for the south african market. I think I can get the electric spools but as soon as you add the command arm etc...
