I think there will be very few farmers/landowners who would be happy to support you if you were wanting to live on the site. Its one thing to grow your own veg, keep some hens etc but anything more than that could have planning/legal implications.
So are we just talking about people of colour? Because I would imagine agriculture has quite high employment rates of white non Uk nationals. Certainly are a lot in Cornwall. If you are moving to a new country would you move to somewhere that has people of the same heritage, religion, language...
Is anyone having issues with ewes prolapsing? Had 2 pedigree ewes both push their guts out. No prior signs of a prolapse, still out on grass with Lifeline buckets and due 9th Feb. So bloody frustrating, the year we cut back numbers and keep the best handful to lamb and this happens!
Its a virus so just needs to run its course. You can vaccinate against it, we do the ewes before lambing and the lambs once we have enough to open a bottle. I hate Orf! Its a beastly condition.

Looks very similar, we have a Combi Clamp with the metal floor and would change it to rubber matted as they slip on it. Think the area you stand on needs to be solid as I think the bars would be slippery if wet or muddy. I HATE the chain width adjusters as they are so highly sprung they will...
No, rural surveyor daughter says ‘the land needs to form an agricultural unit of over 5 ha’ no mention of ownership or declaration of ownership on the form.
She didn’t really ‘ditch’ a top medical career, she quit half way through her degree. Fair way off a top career. Fair play to her though she seems to have those cattle doing well.
Go with your gut, there will be enough genuine companies that will show you the tractor in the flesh or can do a live video call with the tractor running etc. What are you looking for? I have a 2015 Kubota 1820 with 207 hrs on the clock for sale.
