Has anyone programed any new keys for their JCB telehandler using the red master key, can't seem to find out how you programe them. I take it there is a sequence to go through?

Has anyone else had trouble with the mapping on the JD Generation 4 display. Ours will not switch on when a spool is set as the trigger and it is put into work on float but switches on and off fine when it is pressured up and down. Its the same for all 6 spools.

The white wire is the feed to the fan switch. It's just the yellow one that doesn't seem to do anything. If I put the fan switch on to 1 it kicks 12v out the outlet but the fan still wont go until it's on 3 that's why I wondered if it could be the resistors.

Thanks, will get the gas tested. It had a new switch fitted last month but made no difference to fan speeds plus you still have to get in the exact spot to power up the air con. Normally just before position 3. All the wires are on, take it orange is fan feed, red is air con but not sure what...

Our manitou mlt 735 has the same problem with the 3 speed fan only working on number 3 speed, also the air conditioning switch light comes on and off on roughly a 2 second interval when it is switch on, could this be related to the resister problem which I presume is the fault with the fan speed ?
