Ironically Arla have invested heavily in oil conversion/back up (not sure of the exact set up) in its drying plants as 72hours notice of the gas switching off would be a financial disaster.
buyers/consumers only ask about soya as it’s a Co product of the soya industry. But they are not cleaver enough to ask about soya hulls 🙈
PK isn’t talked about, so until it is, milk buyers will just ignore it.
low sugar and starch, where does the 12ME come from? Is it the 8% oil which is high and I thought oil normally superseded butter fat, or does it depend on the type of oil?
