I am looking for multi power shifter and linkage for a 245 Massey tractor any help would be greatly appreciated

I have a Massey 240 tractor that had the operators cab reversed and I am trying to make it back to a tractor. the agco site does not show the switch or valve in the top of the clutch housing what does it do and what linkage and parts would I need.can any one help. Pi’s would be appreciated
