Any experience with a this issue, have a jd t670 straw walker , flats and down hill fine as soon as going uphill the returns overload even in a weak crops. ?
I know wheats are nearly 4 weeks away but , my tramlines this year are very green , don’t have high clearance sprayer or row crop tyres to round up now and no dryer on farm , what does everyone else do ? Just mix the whites in the rest of the dry wheat?
Is it best to leave a longer straw or shave the field if I’m trying to make a 2nd wheat seed bed with simba express , remember blocking up badly last time I tried, straw to fluffy
I've got a first wheat in a field that was pasture for 40+ years , looks a nice crop, what's the take all risk for a 2nd wheat ?
The same as normal arable land or less as it's been pasture for so long ?
I’ve got 40 acres of ww like this , in hindsight should not have been rolled as has laid wet, it’s had 150kg/ha of nitram and will get some double top soon , just wondering if some p&k would help rooting and improve it or just more nitrogen
