Just at the stage where I need to decide as I'm doing 1st fix. I have used electric in the past and no real ussues. Pretty easy to change elements once in a while.
I've been using a gas oven and hobs in my site caravan for years and that's fine too. Heats up v fast.

Ufh pipes are 200mm spacing. I want the whole floor the same temp so the 3 zones are just to keep pipe lengths correct. No heat loss calcs but it's double glazed with 130mm celotex roof and floor. Walls will all be 50mm. Also got a wood burner!
Probably as simple as it gets. Wet underfloor heating on 40sqm open plan ground floor. 3 radiators upstairs. Hot water to kitchen sink, bathroom sink and shower. Gas combi boiler. Gas eng coming to commission boiler next week.
Any advice on next moves? Mixer valves? Seperate zones for the 3...
They sure are acting strange recently. The other evening they were all racing in a group, doing the 4 legged hop thing...and generally having a ball. Just like the lambs do. Lots of jumping and head butting the last few days.

Soon the insulation will have 75mm of screed on it with underfloor heating. Not sure what to do with the large threshold shown. It will be a cold bridge and damp for sure.
