    Lexion/Trion 750 or T670 …?

    Currently running a JD C670 and its been a fantastic combine for us and would buy another without question if they still made them.. So I’m now torn between going for a Claas Trion 750 with similar hybrid thrashing/separation concept or a JD T670 with similar (hopefully just as reliable)...

    Cutting OSR

    Has anyone got experience cutting OSR without either a header extension or side knives? First time growing it and only got 30 acres. Would my header losses be so high it would justify buying a header extension or getting a contractor/neighbour to cut it ?

    As no one else appears to be shouting about it, I feel like I am missing something... UK Gov have committed to keeping total farm subsidy levels the same as Pre-Brexit for 7 years. BPS payments are being cut this year but the ELMS replacement doesn’t start until 2024... In the mean time where...

    Maize Drill for Sugar Beet

    Has anyone got experience of using a maize drill (Horsch Maestro, KV Optima etc) for Sugar Beet? Any benefits or drawbacks ? Main reason for considering it as an option is hopefully better depth control on heavier ground?
