Wasn’t at Thirsk on Thursday but but looking on LAA site they look to be about £18 back on the week. Couple of lads have said £20 back. It was an extreme trade the week before mind.
No, get the feet, put strings on and shove them back. With feet out of the way can usually draw the head one way or another then the feet follow on the end of the strings.
My lambing kit consists of arm length gloves, bottle of lube, length of conventional baler band and a very sharp knife. It’s been that way for 30 years and not likely to change. Pretty much all you need.

Got one to £250 last week. It was 75kgs though. It had a few feet issues over the winter, the last 7 months actually but all that time has been scoffing nuts and getting bigger and fatter. Did consider keeping it until the end of May and see if I could get it to 100kgs and crack the £300 barrier...
