Got a problem with my 6150R fire it up first thing in a morning and it will sit at 13.8-14.2v but as it gets warm or doing heavier work like mowing baling etc, it starts to drop gradually and will sit at 12.8-13.2v sometimes causing a low batter fault on the baler and will drop as low as 12.6...
Running a 2014 fusion 3 plus is it possible to have the software updated to have automatic knife drop when the bale gets to 90% and have roll back on the wrap ?
Thanks it runs smooth still hence why I want to straighten this I’d had a mess about with a bottle jack but didn’t have much luck more than likely wasn’t going far enough with it just wondered if there was a better way to do it
I notice at night sprayers use blue lights to see the nozzles what’s the advantage of this over a normal white led ?
I use a 6m air seeder for grass seed and often thought be handy to be able to see the seed coming out at night so kinda wondering if there’d be a similar advantage here ?
Aye the rows are about as good as I can get there lumpy from the tedder and it seems to feed in lumpy as it sits on the pick up and puts lumps through rather than a smooth even flow
I’m really struggling with bales coming out funny shapes when baling young green sugary dairy grass bales are tight and bloody heavy just weird shapes is this normal ? Or is there something I can change to improve things
using a fusion 3 plus
Accumulator was found to be at fault so switched that, it seems to hold pressure at 120/130bar now on gauge should it go higher that’s with the adjuster fully in
Tried a couple of times it still seems to be dropping the pressure off to like 80bar when fully screwed in the original washer didn’t look great though
Hi,
I’m running a fusion 3 plus and the chamber pressure drops off in to the yellow before coming back up as the bale is made, the bales seem solid enough but I assume it should stay at the charge pressure ?
I hear people saying about changing a copper washer in the density block but where...
Hi,
so we are looking at buying a 762c to row up for a fusion 3 and have a couple of questions
Is the 13 tine arm rake worth the extra cost over the 11 ?
And also we’ve been previously using a liner 2800 which is slightly bigger is everyone finding the 762 plenty big enough for a fusion in...
ahh yep i see did you fit this yourself ? is there plugs under there to remove to get the feed for load sensing and oil flow ?
all the ones I’ve seen have had to have the 4th spool removed to fit it
