I'll just leave this here.
A very Interesting lecture from the 1980s, by an ex kgb defector.
I thought it was extremely relevant to the current world we find ourselves in.
I have it completed with no errors, the summary is there but the "I agree" and "submit application" buttons don't do anything at all. I've logged in and out and even updated my details but nothing has changed! Maybe the system is on overload atm or something:scratchhead:
Came across this video recently:wacky: Warning it is painful to watch!
I don't know what is going on, even if anything grew there, how would you get it harvested, it appears they are trying to plant a cereal crop in some virgin land thats actually a bog! they are actually drilling through...
Here's a few bits and bobs our contractor bought for this year. good job diesel's cheaper
I think Dinny might have cheated and nicked the JCB 418 footage from somewhere else:rolleyes:
Our contractor has sold a 414 and is currently looking for a fresh 434, apparently they are like hens teeth. He's been looking for a while and can't seem to turn anything up, There are plenty of 416's about and he will have to settle for one if a 434 can't be got.
I was just wondering if...

Anybody on here zero grazing? Our cows are normally out during the day and housed at night, we have more cows this year and won't be able to graze them every day, I don't want to graze for 14 or 15 days then have to house of a week before they can get back out again.
We normally feed M+15...
Heard today, dunno if it's true or not, a contractor who has 70 dairy cows is paying £90 a day plus £35 for every milking on top of that, for a stockman who dosn't put a foot near a tractor ie he dosn't feed, top or sow paddocks. For a 6 day week doing all the milking that's £960 a week!!! or a...
Is there any sense spreading fert at the minute? had the second cut off last week, the sun is blazing, the ground is getting very dry on top and there is little prospect of any rain for the forseeable.
Can't leave it too late either as there will be third cut in mid August... Don't know what...
Any opinions on these? I see the Newholland is the identical machine too.
They seem to be a bit of a pocket rocket for their size, would be used on the concrete for filling diet feeder, scraping cows, mucking out calf houses.
Any idea what a new one costs? been offered a 2011 with...
