It depends on which year your agreement is but the cappping of gateposts for CS grants no longer applies. Agreements starting 1/1/24 definitely dont need to cap posts

I think FG2 is only available on stand alone capital items under protecting watercourses. You need to be in a mid-tier agreement for FG2 to be available for hedgerows.
