We're part way through a mid teir application and getting slightly cold feet. We deliberately haven't selected any hedge options within mid tier because the block of land we're putting in we want to continue annual cutting. But reading the CS mid tier 'general requirements' section you are still...
This paper is useful for anyone who finds themselves floundering when trying to explain the impact and significance of using the correct metric for agriculture...
field sub-divisions RPA mapping has created in this humble 11 acre permanent pasture field?
It now takes up 13 lines on the field data sheet. 13 splits over 11 acres must be a record?!
Is anyone else missing the facility to hover over a field feature and it highlights which feature is...
We're trying to decide if we can extend our current parlour and change standings to 50 degrees. Changing to 50 degrees would reduce the pit width from our current 6 '6" to 5'. It would save a lot of building cost if we could extend rather than a new build. Is 5' wide enough? (20:40 swingover.)

We were still dithering about LED grant and the 30th June deadline came and went. Do we know if this grant will have fresh application rounds like the old FFIS scheme? :scratchhead:
We have submitted an application for a new cubicle shed and received an email from the planners saying they can't validate the application until we submit an 'operational management plan' detailing how odour, water and waste is to be managed/disposed of. Has anyone heard of one of these, had to...
