A question for anyone that's using or used one do you think this product would work in a advantage feeder? like the idea of one not sure if it'll work with the feed.

I've got 2 steers both with swollen back legs from the hock down. I had 1 last week but cashed it in. Does anyone know what it is and what's causing it? On a ad-lib cereal diet 2 have been on it all summer and ones been in 6 weeks. Both are in different yards.
