Any good in the wet or do the press wheels block up?

Having developed some play in the seed boot mounting bolt holes of my 750A I have got a Drillfix kit from Shoup. However, there is a problem. The kit is designed for 3/8" bolts but the bolts on my drill are thicker than this (7/16" I think). Obviously the holes in the boot itself are designed...

They have developed a bit of a wobble. The bearings are all ok but seem loose within their housing. Am I correct in thinking that I need to dismantle them all and fit a thin washer or shim next to the bearing?

This has been gathering dust at the back of the shed for many years. I need to get shot of it and it would be a shame to scrap it. Is anyone interested in acquiring it or know of someone who may be interested. Apart from a flat tyre it is in working order.
