Hi all,I have a 2013 knight trailblazer 4200. The cable that connects from the mueller control terminal to the sat receiver is damaged and may be hard to repair as it’s broke at the resin behind the pins where it meets the cable. Any thoughts were I’d get a new end or complete lead? Thanks.
Surely that would only be the fuel cost?

I have a 2013 4200 trail blazer sprayer which has recently started leaking air when the hand brake is applied. The air is coming from the bottom of an alloy block below the air tank, at the rear of the sprayer. The brakes have now started to not release properly the odd time when braking...
We had this with our 6290, pto would sometimes work and sometimes not, until not at all, though the light always came on, on the dash. Checked the switch, solenoid and wiring, and all fine. Ended up putting in a reconditioned ECU, and that cured it. From memory I think the ECU was cheaper than...
Thanks for the replies 👍🏼 Was thinking the same about the weight, better with the lighter machine. @gpcwm Did you get the flared side extensions? What size of tyres did your machine come on?
Just came across this thread, we are Looking into one of these spreaders for top dressing cereals with chicken litter in the spring. We are on 24m tramlines so will possibly need to split tramlines? What are your thoughts on this spreader? is there much saving on the bigger models? And does it...
Hi all,
Having problems with our 2013, 595 Opico drier. Dried first batch of barley no problem, then second batch brought up ‘plenum hot’ on the display. This message is displayed in the sequence after setting grain type and temp settings,
then selecting batch drying
then hit status
dryer goes...
Wasn’t just as simple, I had to remove the end piece and drill and tap it and secure with an M10x20 bolt, see pics below. The problem with this though, was it needed to be a left hand tread to stop them loosening when in use so ended up putting a tack of weld to hold them in place, which worked...
Yeh I have a lifter on every other finger, I put them on that way about 6 or more years ago to try and get the straw broken heads of barley up into the header. I couldn't be without them now and I feel it helps a lot as the crop flows well even when badly laid or tangled. The reel just combs...
Yeh I didn’t see any different bolts listed in the parts book, but the M10x45 hex bolt wasn’t long enough and was a bit untidy so I got M10x60 coach bolts and will just trim 5mm off with the grinder as they are a hair to long.
Never even looked in the parts manual as I didn’t think claas had such a thing hence this thread :X3: Amazed they’re not more popular, will be on to dealer first thing in the morning (y)
Just saw these for a claas header its a retrofit just like I was looking for but my header is the previous model!! Anyone have them on earlier headers? Mines a V660
