TM320 Boom out speed is ok, Boom retract speed is slow sometimes when below half height, if the boom is lifted up over halfway the boom retracts in normal speed. Any ideas? Is it a joystick problem? Valve?

A question for the dairy men, What system do you use for cooling milk before it enters the Milk tank. Plate coolers are probably most common but is there any other system or a make up of different units and what temperature is the milk before it goes into the tank?
