If you need to ask This question then either there is an issue with your Aircon, or with you. Perhaps it needs recharging - or you need to read the manual / turn it on. There has been nothing wrong with NH Aircon since the mid 90’s if it’s working correctly

I can’t believe I am reading this - I hire equipment every year - diggers, dumpers, rollers etc. The price and term are agreed before delivery - everyone knows exactly where they stand then. not sorting this before is hardly a professional way of approaching it - looks like it was loaned to me

Wife had one for 6 years - faultless - plus you get a 7 year warranty. Noted the comments above re rust underneath. Ours is no worse than any other make, in fact it’s probably less rust on it than most.
