I think it really depends on the staff in your local depot as ours we really can’t fault great team all round now although I must say they did go through a spell a good few years ago with staff changes and they were 💩

I doubt it looked through filler hole with phone camera and it hadn’t lodged on anything so must have dropped straight down into oil. Will have to drain and look again wasn’t stuck for it so just walked away pee'd off with myself!

You need to double the depth of the exit yard so cows can easily disperse out of parlour then exit down race at there leisure.
