oh yeah, it's the shed that has the big 6 as a wall and i've yet to determine what the lean to will be, but probably steel sheet roofing.

I think they're meant for the opposite use, flat wall to big 6 roof, but it might help, i'll then need something to seal the profile against the vertical sheets
You could get a cheaper continuous pasteuriser, a mallinson will be less that quoted above, but they are getting on a bit! Colsan down in kent sometimes have them in, and can update them for digital control and chart recording.
You might find a second hand elecrem too.

For that you'd be mad not too, when we've had a bad bacto and try to trace and rectify the issue i cant imagine that having been the case for a week or more
Indeed if we try to pressurise the hot circuit on our pasteuriser to near 3 bar without counterpressure from the product pump it will just pee out the side of the pack
