So my jcb 530-70 is still overheating…any ideas please. We have done the following to it… new cylinder head gasket head skimmed, valves re cut, new valve guides, head pressure tested. new water pump new thermostat new radiator new air filters oli and fuel filters changed

Would any one kindly have the torque settings for the cylinder head, exhaust manifold and the valve clearances for a Perkins engine model AK 50667 It’s out of a jcb 530-70 loadall….can’t find it anywhere….many thanks

On my jcb 530-70 on the grip shift gears second gear won’t engage from neutral but will engage if you change into second from moving….all the other gears are engaging perfectly but second won’t….it’s my favourite gear for around the yard as well….anyone got any ideas? Tia

Does anyone know the easiest way to replace the hydraulic pipes at the rear of a jcb 530/70 that go up the boom. One of mine has split. Does the main boom have to be pulled out in order get to the pipe connections and pipe clamps… TIA
