The industry isn’t weighted in favour of the farmer, it’s weighted in favour of people like @BSPB News who get paid twice with a failed crop.

What a racket. If the seed has been bought from an approved supplier initially then banning a farmer from selling off any surplus to a neighbour benefits no one but the seed trade.
