Does anyone know if there is any benefit from spreading the waste back on the fields? Local ad plant spreads there's back on there's own land, obviously it's got to go somewhere but is there a benefit?
Had this happen several times 6920s was the last one, get a dremmel or similar. 3-4mm bit, drill a small hole in the top outer edge of the filter an screw in a self tapper only need to drill 3/4" deep to avoid any other damage and your lock the outer canister back to the inner threaded part. You...
In what way did it struggle? Blocking up or not feeding in a shorter crop? Tbh last year i cut 300 acres of rape without raising the auger never had any problems. This year our rape was very dry an found i had some off the ball combine settings. Your problem could be several problems... Auger...
I would highly recommend largo. Just changed the Hydrosorb water filter on our main diesel tank. £25. Same filter in the last spaldings offer sheet was £55!!
Hi from the top of my head it's 13mm for wheat 26mm for osr measured from the edge of the flights on the auger to the table. When you slacken the 4 bolts at each end the auger bearing flange has elongated bolt holes i just raised mine 1/2-3/4 up the slot. You also need to slacken the drive chain...
We have an cx8070. So similar build. Lift the auger takes 20 mins, slacken 4x bolts each side under the guards then wind up auger each side via one bolt. Open right guard as mentioned above on combine. And change belt speed. And open 2nd concave lever nearest front wheel in rearward position...
Friend has the above and the suspension has dropped... I'm sure it's possible to calibrate but I can't remember how... Anyone know? Worth a try before copping a dealer bill! Thanks
No oil lights come on in use. Still drives in low splitter on light jobs on the flat but say topping on a slight incline drive seems to slip. Pop it in high splitter and drive is fine.
Have a friend with a 3350, when the tractor is in hi gear of the splitter everything is fine, when in low of the splitter the tractor feels like the clutch is slipping. Any ideas? Doesn't matter if it's in high or low range or any gear it's just low of the splitter that's affected. Steering...
Personally from viewing fields we may be a bit keen. Seems quite green in patches but agronomist insists we are right to be going, looking at whats knocked out over the sprayer timing is right. We are on the sea, we have one field of v295 as is supposed to be slightly more hardier to the wind...
Yep front tyre pressures are even 18psi. Front linkage, with or without weights doesn't seem to alter steering behaviour. Yes I would say your turning wheel with gentle pressure to the right to keep in a straight line on the road.
