we've an Allied weigh platform in our race, we put in an extra sliding gate as well, it works ok but you've just to watch that all their feet are on the platform ... an added benefit is it can be used for other jobs, weighing feed bags/ silage bales etc.

I’ve actually bought the ransomes hydrostatic mower, so I’ll see how works once I get it home, but it’s a fraction of the price of a power pack so worth a punt. It’s got a 20hp kubota engine with a 27lt tank and oil cooler so hopefully it’ll work

Got the same problem on my 6330, tried swapping relays and checked fuses , did you find the answer?

It wouldn’t be my choice, I still remember how bad it was shoveling out the last 20 t barley the auger didn’t reach 😂

It needs a proper clean first 😉 no loader which is probably a good thing for it’s age but it does have a Wilson front linkage which has been on from new

Glad to hear we’re not the only ones, I’ve wrapped 400 bales in the last couple of days so starting to get a touch frustrating!! It’s unsafe the way it works just now

Did anyone ever get a solution to this problem? The software was updated on our control box so now if the film breaks it rewinds to allow you to fit a new roll, but then when it completes the cycle it tips the bale straight off, even if it’s in the wrong position

At last!! found the issue, the spring for the quick hitch bar had caught part of the wiring loom at the front of the wrapper [emoji28]

Check Checked and double checked everything.... looks like it’s back to the dealer tomorrow! The joys of electronics !!

No won’t start with box or remote, should you able to set the box to auto without connecting to the wrapper? I’ve tried all programs, the software update added extra programs for newer machines but with no improvement. I’ll take a look at the loom this afternoon cheers

So I’m still having no joy with this, I got the software updated on the control box by the local dealer but the auto button still doesn’t work although it does beep when you press it. I’ve come to the conclusion the issue is with the box, everything else on the wrapper is working, can anyone...

Took the wrapper out today in preparation for silage next week, all functions working ok in manual but the control box won’t switch to auto? It was working ok when last used and I’ve checked all the obvious things like electrical connections etc, would a sensor fault cause this or is there...

We didn’t receive our tissue tags for spring 2018 born calves, apparently they were sent to us in May 2019 ... I was told it’s our problem that the tissue samples weren’t sent back, despite the fact they would have been sold before then anyway as BCMS would have shown!!
