    Break crops

Taken on a lump of heavy land it’s been barley after barley after barley and I’m sure is sick of the stuff. It’s also as tight as and needs a good pull up. OSR I’m not impressed with the returns or the risk any more, And never got control of it till it was too late. Spring oats?. Nah too much...

Should we all now hold off from a red tractor inspection?

As above until this review has been done? No point jumping through a load of hoops if it’s all going to change in the near future. Could be a good time for saying no to an inspection. Until we know what’s happening!

Simple deep rooting cover crop suggestions please.

As above we have some heavyish land to sort out, it’s had spuds on it and headlands are largely churned to mud so won’t be drilled this autumn with anything unless we get a prolonged spell of dry weather. what I’m thinking is probably in. Spring is to level the ruts out and plant some sort of...

    New pickup,lease or buy?

As above assume no equity to trade in of any significance. About 10k miles a year useage won’t bother going into brand preference as there all roughly the same price wen matching spec up.
