    I have had 8 heifer calves and 3 bull calves, really happy with them. Seem to be growing well, oldest are only 7-8 weeks now. Just a little disappointed they are mostly grey, but then they are only 1st cross. Hopefully some photos attached. They look some really smart Stan the man calves...

    Neospora

    Again no quick fixes unfortunately. I had a few abort last spring and tested positive for neospora. Spoke to a lovely vet at Nottingham university who had done lots of research into it. Can't remember all the facts and figures but she said not to be too alarmed as I think around 80% of cattle...

    Resolution would also be worth a look, he's a cracking bull and supposed to be suitable for heifers. I have some due in April to him so will see.

    Our pures would mostly die out around the 20-22kg with 60% r grade the rest u grade. This is our first year putting Charollais on our poorer lleyns and have been really pleased with the results but have been selling the lambs live so can't comment on how they die out. They look like they would...

    Cheers @CopperBeech thought you were going to steal him off me in the dying seconds. Suppose my cover has been blown now. Was nice to meet you both and put some faces to names. And thanks to the Bullock family, very pleased with my purchases, was expecting to pay a little more.
