Looking at putting up a cubicle building and wondering is it best to have a gable end or a side of the shed face the prevailing wind. Shed will be roughly 120x220 propped portal with central feed passage and milking parlour and collecting yard/cubicles on one side of the passage.

At the moment I do slurry tanker work and thinking of buying an umbilical set-up if I can get the work. Anyone got any pointers on what to consider when buying, probably looking secondhand if possible to keep the budget down. What makes of pump should I be looking at and what size of pipe?
