What year is the sprayer and does it have flowcontrol+.
if you go in to settings and spray liquid circuit make sure the front tank option is on and you can set the min fill level in there.
Not all gps systems will work with all spreaders, I had trouble at work getting an FJDynamics system working with an amazone amatron 4 box. The gps didn’t have the correct correction signals for the box to work. Ended up putting an amazone gps receiver on the tractor.
Hi, sorry looked back through my job sheets but no part number. Best thing to do is have a chat with local dealer and give them your s/n to get the right one. Might be worth asking if they have a test one you can try to make sure it is the problem as the ecu’s aren’t cheap.
I tested it with a second hand ecu off a secondhand machine we had in the yard and then fitted a new one when I was sure that was the issue. Easy to fit, 2 plugs, two pipes and 4 bolts and it’s off. Not sure on price unfortunately but could get one off the stores for you if you like
I had a 5455 earlier in the year with similar symptoms, would lose power but turn it off and on again it would be fine. Ended up having to put a new ecu in it which solved the problem
Being a new machine are all the sensors in place and connected. There should be a sensor in the bottom of the lift ram for advanced float/EDS. When you engage EDS does the arm drop at all?
We've got a couple sold, getting positive feedback but not the same as talking to an end user I know. The best thing to do is get a demo, talk to your local dealer and see if they have a demo unit or they can get a McCormick demo unit out for you to try.
Customer wanted quicke. First one we have done with that loader, the others have all been McCormicks. Does look good with the black boom and black wheels.
@daveydiesel1 it has a power shuttle and the hml gearbox which has 36 forward and 12 reverse gears. Each forward gear has 3 splits. Lift capacity is about 4500 kg I think
The X5's are probably my favourite range coming from a livestock farming background. Delivered this one last month, very comfortable and getting good feedback from the customer.
I'll start by saying like @Mccormick 94 I work for a McCormick dealer.
When we were dropped by our previous manufacturer I was a bit sceptical when we took on McCormick but was surprised by the products. They are well thought out from an operators point of view with controls falling to hand and...
Fitted a pa6565t to a jd7800 at work this week, was well balanced but did have full set of weights. The 6330 might be within the minimum weight but you'll never get the best out of the machine. I'd put it on the 6155, that will give you a good stable platform to cut from.
Yeah if one is not working the axle won't work and the controller won't let any oil through.
If you wanted to double check the problem before getting a new sensor you could swap the sensors side to side, just note where they bolt on as the are on sliders and see if the problem moves to right...
Are you running the topper on 540 eco? Had a customer with a similar problem with a McConnell topper 9, switching from eco to normal solved the problem.
Interesting, came across this problem the other week on a 991hs.
I got over it by updating the software.
Out of interest what software version are you running on the box and are you running the power from a battery on 3 pin plug?
