As per title, received bill for fitting a new honda quad starter motor and shocked by the cost. I'm probably out of touch with reality and not a mechanic, but seemed a bit expensive on labour charges. How many hours would you expect it to take ?

Been advised to apply permasect and manganese on crops. Was sprayed pre~em a month ago with permasect, is it really necessary again. It has been mild but is there a need to do it again (at 950 ft) if that makes any difference. Is it another unnecessary cost?
