    Cost per sq foot

Priced a 60m x 30m x 8m shed not long ago. Fibre roof, Clad down to 3m. Would have been shuttering the walls myself. Fully galvanised. One end open for a 12m gale breaker door. £214k delivered price. Won't be doing that this year anyway.

The Beef Tracker thread (no Sheep)

Think the biggest reason I hear from folk that are cutting numbers is that staff is the main issue closely followed by lack of money at the job. We’ve let numbers slip from 200 down to 50 now and I’m not in a desperate rush to restock even with fat pushing £5

You’re not the only one that was panicked into buying overpriced fert either. Topped out at £910 a ton for an here. Was then scaremongered into liquid at £590 a ton as there wasn’t going to be enough to go around apparently. Eyes well open from now on.

Where to sell low specific weight oats

A couple of hours in a mobile dryer would likely take the specific weight well up. Had some barley tested at 55kg before and 64kg after.

185kg/ha. Normally have barley 70-73kg/hl and has been barely making 63kg this year. Some of it was later sown which wouldn’t have helped.
