So presumably farmers that have left it too late to apply will not be able to receive subsidy as first come first served will have hoovered it up in AHL1/2 etc? Seems a very unfair policy stance... should be the same equal opportunities for all...

I've never done it but think they supply everything you just supply the sheds and labour. Think labour was £40 a calf last time I heard, if you hit their targets.
