    Red tractor spot inspection

Exactly, we freeze brand our cows the last four digits of their tag number. If the cow is not leaving the holding what difference does it make if she has lost one tag, as long as it as 2 tags when she leaves the farm. I think these officials think we are as inept as they are and can't be trusted.

    Farmer vs flood

I think he must of banged his head when he hit the first concrete block and it knocked his brains out, if you hit something that big you don't carry on regardless. Also if you can't reverse dolly trailer you shouldn't be allowed to pull them. From the photo of the ford there looks to be enough...

    Massey air brakes

This black part connects to the handbrake mechanism, it leaks air, the threaded screw it rotates on has a slot for a screw driver.

    Massey air brakes

Ours used too, could do with a exploded diagram to see what’s inside, there’s no makers plate on it so no idea who makes them.

    Massey air brakes

There's a linkage that connects to the handbrake, from what I can make out is that on the righthand side is connected to the footbrake hydraulic line, and the left-hand side is the air with a piston in between. Trailer brakes work via peddle but handbrake doesn't apply trailer brakes. I'll have...

How to set up your own RTK base station.. for about £300

    TLA and TB

You will probably have to have a vets report on the site you want to move them too, Defra sorts that, if the vet says the site is OK and your cattle can't come in contact with other cattle you should be OK.

    Water tanks with pin holes

You can get that rubberised paint they use for pools that might do the trick if they're pin hole, we've got 2 galvanised tanks that are 20 plus years old just starting to pin hole a bit the steel must of been better quality back the as newer tanks don't last 5 minutes nowaday's.
