Sold my 2016 ranger as having gearbox/electric issue's. Got a new hilux invincible x early march. Bought it purely for reliability and a few grand cheaper. Its no where near as nice to drive, heavy steering, huge turning circle, rougher ride. Certainly isnt as well finished inside. Stupid...
Are store cattle still dearer as last year like for like? 440-540kg shorthorn and charolais . 10-12 months. Maybe should of had them gone before lambing.
Top results is what the supplier gave me. Bottom is my results. Spread at 2200g to compensate for 20% water in the store. About half the npk as i had hoped for. Doubt i will get anymore.
How much propylene glycol is safe to give a ewe per day. I normally give 45ml every 12 hours but im sure to much can do more harm as good. Anyone explain why?
I do have a report of it in the spring but just seems so much thinner. Although i think theres 32" (since the backend maybe?) or 58000g of rain in beside it which wont be helping.
Wasnt sure where to post this. Made a start at spreading digestate today. Noticed straight away its alot thiner as other years. Its like black coffee. I said to energen man who i get it from and he said where it comes from.at balfron they now take the fibre out but it will be as good as previous...

Wouldnt go back to not lambing hoggs. Back at 132% this year. Miles better as any gimmers that run on.
Big decision to make on all the empty hoggs this year, whats others doing? 🥩
We have both 500 kingquad and 800 can am. Buggy is great for feeding, lambing, out with kids and when I have a helper. But quad does 3x the hours a year.
I only got 605 of abp. The last 25 gone though, a couple I was happy to get anything for mind. An O2 and O1. I dread to think what a P grade is like.
On a side note, last 800ish lambs went to abp and not a single part condemned (not even of they 2 runts), nearly every lot some part of lamb...
I am looking for some advice. I am going to order couplings and 5" layflat pipe to move slurry out some slats into my slurry store. The distance is only 30 metres and using a redrock superflow pump. What i am wondering is what works best to empty the pipe once done?
Ive seen setups with a T at...
