Yes,has been very happy with her, pulls like a train and reliable. Owned her over 23-years and not any major issues. In other hand a collectors item, but hate to think her collecting dust in a shed.

    JW Tractors and Machinery

Hi, Anyone know or heard about this company? https://jwtmachinery.co.uk/ On my mind its scam. Prices well too low and in euros, pictures taken on different locations etc. Just wondering,as someone is very keen to send money to them...

    Grille for McCormick mtx 135

MTX 135 grille is not same as Maxxum MX grille. McC re-designed front grille when they introduced Beta-Power engines for MTX 120,135,150 etc. Did you try Charnleys, they have loads of McC parts in stock.

    Leyland 272

Learned from experts here that driving on the road with Leyland is highly dangerous and difficult,as no brakes and steering which needs wide lanes... Anyway decided to take a risk yesterday and made road trip around 60 kilometers pulling trailer with 272 Synchro. No accidents or injuries for me...

    Leyland 272

No,its not difficult. If you have right tools, outer brake disc is in your hands in 10 minutes. Removing expander and inner disc takes more time, but not too bad.

    Leyland 272

Comments about Leyland 272 cab or steering or too fast reverse gear etc. Depends which age 272 we are talking about. 272 was built from end of -75 to end of -80 and get few updates during production run. First ones,10 speed non-synchro gearboxes, mechanical power assisted steering and standard...

    Deutz Fahr Agrotron M620

No gearbox calibration on M series, only clutch is possible to calibrate. On next generation (6160,6180 etc.) is possible to calibrate gearbox. If some gear changes are very harsh, trouble could be broken solenoid valve or clip which holds solenoid on place.

    Case CX100

Great all rounders, generally very reliable tractors. One weak point is neutral switches on gearbox top cover, part which fail at some point from every CX.Easy to replace through floor panel. Clutch became heavy if worn, smooth and light to use when OK. If not think about loader, one of easiest...
