Does anyone know of any on farm abattoirs or any services for farmers to get animals killed and the meat back without having to go down the route of conventional abattoirs?

Fancied getting a few piglets to rear through to finishing and put in the deep freeze. Any thoughts as to how many and what breed would be best? Located in central Scotland and would ideally be kept outside in a forest/tree area. Any help would be greatly appreciated, complete novice!
