Could do the socket trick either , get someone to machine the shaft to a hex, then weld in a socket to the hub to take the hex end. Done to heaps of tractors over the years and have not given bother, as them hubs are dear of new holland!
That’s the one outside the cab. Should be 2 of them there. Pull it apart and put contact cleaner into it and blow with the air line .check for broken or damaged pins

Clean the multi pin connections on the right side of the cab. Corrosion can be there and cause the fuses to blow for the light and the dual power is on the same one I’m sure
