We have temporary grass in our rotation for hay. I’ve recently noticed some wireworm damage creeping in from the headlands. I had a dig around on a few dying plants and found plenty. I’m thinking beans for 25 harvest then a legume/linseed cover. Anyone got any better ideas advice?
Ok I just wonder if the cold mains is back flowing through the hot, as gravity fed. But this would rise the water level in the header tank. Should ideally have NRV fitted to the hot side on mixer taps. Is your thermostatic shower running off a pump? Or cold mains gravity hot? Most likely event...
Ok as said above but as it’s a combi boiler you will only need 2 channel programmer and 2x zone valves. Hot water is priority. One zone upstairs off its own thermostat and one downstairs. Ideally you need a close coupled T at the UFH manifold. For hydraulic separation. The upstairs rad circuit...
I always use a pressure washer to clean fuel tanks out. Then dry out with a big road compressor. If you cut back or burn away some of the plastic surrounding the spade connectors, you can possibly solder onto the remaining metal. Worth a try anyway.
