    Not sure if still relevant - but back when i was rural my ISP allowed access to request SNR resets on the line - usually bumped our speed for a while before the line 'thought' it was unstable and automatically lowered its speed until getting similar speeds of 0.2mbps - Not really sure SNR resets...

    Stay on the line with whoever you get through to, ask them for a contact email and say you will wait on the line until they receive it, let them pass you through to the correct team. if you have an agreement from them in writing then they should have to honour it. Hope you get it sorted.

    I had a few warnings from EGNOS app last night that the coverage is below 80% over the last 24h, might be related but i dismissed the notification quickly and didn't really look into it, will probably be working today or should improve over the next few days.

    usually if you plug it in it will not allow you to access the files until you have unlocked your phone manually after plugging in, (using your passcode if you have one) - glad you got it sorted but hope it helps in the future.
