SNP delegates at the Aiberdeen conference have rejected the motion on land reform as it is not radical enough.
Hope they can now produce a bill that will identify the owners of Scottish land and also allow secure 1991 act tenants the right to buy.
Comparables can be given to members of the STFA.
The problem is with the system which is loaded against the tenant. The Land Court and it's ridiculous cost to obtain a judgement, and the fact that only one comparable can be used, shows that reform is urgently required.

there is only going to be further deterioration, leading to fewer businesses, children in schools,less use of local services,..etc...
