Hi all,

Also has anyone done this before? Whats the...
Also after a topper for grass and going into the bracken. Had various older votex and fed up with them. One stone and blades go flying. Are the kidd 240-280 any good.
Any old 4 furrow reversible plough Dowdeswell dp8 b dp7 etc even and old ransome. Would consider a 4+1. Got 20acres to do this year so would like the metal to be good enough to last for that. Happy to replace after that.
My boss is considering selling this beast that we hardly ever use. It shift a massive 27-30m3/s of air.
Could this be repurposed for something in agriculture. Back up genny +Grain dryer, massive show cow hair dryer?
I think it has the same perkins engine as in the massey 3095.
Hi i have this powerharrow which says its 1000 speed but it has a 540 spline pto and when i rotate the input and do the maths i get a rota speed of around 315rpm.
This surely has been modified for 540 yes?
Should i be worried? I dont know of its new. I only hear it outside and very rarely stand outside with pto running for obvious reasons.
Oil is ok and only sounds bad like this when at low revs.
Hi,
I have a 1990 3095
From what I know it only has a standard 540 pto(just on and off). I've seen you can buy a different pto shaft which changes it to 1000. Just simply point downhill pop the clip out. Swap and done... 1000pto?
Can't be that easy?
Hi
I've lost two clamps off my spring tine (s tine) cultivator....
I can't seem to find a clamp that's the right size for the box section tube on mine which is about 40mmx63mm (1.5"x2.5"). Anyone have an old one lying around or know of where I can buy some new?

Just wanted to share my mod I did to make a cheap Debris blower when hedge cutting the roadside. It worked really well. In fact better than the contractors blower that we have used before.

-plastic drain pipe and heat gun shape it.
Total cost £120
I put this...
Hi we have old 3pt pto driven generator on the farm. I think it's about 25-30kw and dad used to hook it up whenever our power failed to keeping the milking parlour going. Used to happen quite a lot when I was younger.
Its been about 10 yrs since last used and when I tried to run it recently the...
Hi just rebuilt my Universal 550 engine. I've had it running maybe 30mins and it seems to be smoking (oil burning). It does reduce once warm. I believe this is normal when first run in but want to double check.
This is my first time fully rebuilding an engine.
-new piston and rings
-new liners...

Hi I’m looking for an old parmiter style post knocker. Got 1300 stakes to put in and don’t fancy doing it by hand.
It can be rough or needing a bit of tlc. Worn top pulley is no problem as I can fix that.
I’m in Herefordshire but happy to drive a couple of hours.
I have just seen a notification come up after submitting my claim the other day. Note I only got the Green light on my application 3 weeks ago.....
