Has anyone found any beefier springs to put on to stop swaying ? Ours is slightly different as it's on slate self propelled... not braced it yet as the pumps mounted on back so be tight to brace it , it's had new shocks but thinking of some stronger springs
Pricing parts up tomorrow and getting them ordered , seen a recond exchange box for 4250 , depends on figures weather it has one of them fitted so machines only down for a few days instead of weeks
Had a look tonight and the setting was set at 10, reduced it to 1.5 and it seems to be hitting the target rate much better now ... I just need to calibrate the flow meter to check that's not been altered either . Thanks for the advice so far... no doubt ill be back for more 🤣
No I haven't programmed it before , got it mid drilling and couldn't get it to work in auto so just sprayed in manual to get sprayed up then been busy with other stuff since , I need to spend a day on it and get my head round it . wanting the auto working more for liquid fert in the spring so...
Tried that , all I got was bought as seen, and there fitters don't know what they've done , thought I'd try on here to see if anyone knows to try save a few hundred pounds as it must only be something simple
I'll have a look at that setting 👍 ita frustrating as it was perfect before . When they was testing it it took them ages as they struggled to get pressure up so they messed about with box when it only needed ramsy valve blowing up
Hi we have a clayton sprayer with Knight sprayer on, teejet 844e controller with teejet section control gps .
Issue I'm having is it won't spray in auto , it always puts too much on ie target rate set to 150 and it struggles to get down to 175 , fluctuates alot , tried different speeds...
So turns out that just before I said I'd buy the sprayer a different rep sold it , very annoying but been offered a good deal on a 732 instead , only thing is it is set up to go on a higher hitch above the pto , does the drawbar turn over to be standard? Looks a lower sprayer so better for not...

Mainly be on a massey 6170 , so there's no technology on that 🤣 luckily Jeremy says the speed sensor is on sprayer its self and the isobus is just for power, my power sockets are wired direct to battery
