Apologies if my comments have offended. I am as upset as anyone about the demise of local businesses. Suffolk agri have been an excellent source of advice, information and a great service to our local agricultural area. It will be sorely missed.

A few years back bargains could be had. Seems less likely now, what with social media and more recently agricultural forums publicising auctions to raise awareness. Was really hoping for a cheap set of spanners. Oh well

On a now expired minerals site , do all post extraction plannings conditions have to be met? Locally a site has expired, conditions were due to be completed within six months. No actual minerals were extracted and the lpa are seemingly happy with only some of the conditions being met. Can the...

Agree its all arse about face. RT is there for food processors and retailers, not UK agriculture. If they want it they should be paying rt and then we should get a payment if we accept their terms. That would in effect then be the premium that we require and wouldn't impact on the base value...
