Does anyone have experience with Ceres Striker 295 post driver?

Does it save alot of time? I'd thought that we'd see how we got on with manual and then retrofit later if needed.

Yes I do like the look of these. Tell me, is the spool block on the knocker an extra? And the white disc I can see, is that the rock spike slotted into the frame? This looks like the setup I'm after.

How well are they made? I found them online but have not seen them in the flesh. I'd be looking at a basic telehandler mounted machine with rock spike and side tilt. I'm also looking at Protech 220+ with heavier weight and manual tilt. Any thoughts?

    Electric farm machines

JCB have developed hydrogen ICE. They're running loadalls, fastracs, diggers, excavators, a Mercedes 7.5tonne lorry and a Mercedes Sprinter. Watch the Harry's farm video below for more details of how refuelling etc.. works.

    Propionic acid. Treatment methods please?

Thanks all. I have completed the task.. It's going to be very much a fingers crossed thing over the next week or so. I have levelled it out no more than about 1.5 metres deep on the shed floor, so hopefully less chance of hotspots. I will try to get a dosing pump setup ready for next year.

    Propionic acid. Treatment methods please?

I'm treating some barley with propionic acid. Does the barley need sheeting? I've never tried this before. Plan to spray over a bucket load tip out and mix, then start again...

John Deere 750a Signus drill monitor

Well I only had the JD manual which doesn't supply all the error code etc.. I found on another forum since posting this one, a link to Kvernelands operation manuals. So I've just read on here that I need to check battery, (which I did earlier, I'm getting 12.68V to the plug) And check...

    JCB 536-60 reving flat out!!

I drove my loadall into deep water today to move a fallen bough from the river. The water engine revs went up all the way and so I have parked it up to dry out. I presume the throttle is fly by wire and that I’ve managed to cause a short circuit. Anyone come across this before? 2007 JCB...

Advice on what wearing parts will be needed on a 750a.

Thanks all. I feel much better educated to kick some tyres now!! I’ve watched a few Needham YouTube videos, which confirms what you’ve said. Cost wise I guess buying a worn out drill needs to be at least £500 per row cheaper than a well fitted used drill.

Advice on what wearing parts will be needed on a 750a.

So I’m looking to buy a used 750a and would like some advice on what wears. I understand that the disc will wear down to 17” and then need replacing. Seed boots have been mentioned on here as being a wearing part. I guess I’m asking the question; If I buy a worn out 750a, what parts will...
