We don't have much luck with local dealer there not very helpful so we try are best not to use them, even the parts are dearer than the next dealer But I've found the same turbo unit for £400 cheaper so far and there new with no exchange

Turbo feels smooth,..... may be a little light from the actuator

Just done header tank o'rings, maybe the last owner left it to long and I Think due to them failing its burnt out the actuator I could be wrong and didn't want to fit a new turbo @ £1500 but it's looking that way

Bit more testing and playing around all sensor changed Egr temp re-pluged back in ( been mapped out ) Ecu readings 70..-..60 was 140 before reconnected 71 ..-..35 72..-..22 73..-..22 Can't work out why the intake and the charge air cooler temp are the same ???

I have changed the intake sensor and the one in the inlet manifold Still no better

Right standby is 450psi And steering loaded is 1500psi max And If i dead end a spool as well it's 2700psi

Max pressure is correct It's 3 300 spools and tls and trailer brake I will check the others and come. Back to you in half a hour

About 500 psi normally but after calibration of the front sup got it to 1500 psi also cleaned check valves on Ls block under the trailer brake and cleaned priority valve Then steering is light not right Also had a new pump about 16 months ago ( still doesn't mean it hasn't failed again )...
