    By laying your pipe out on the diagonal in your average square ish field your on your longest run first and it helps the pipe travel across the field as your pulling slightly less each pass . Swivel coupling is def a game changer . Pipes love straight lines Sand belongs on a beach 🏖...

    Vibratory mole plough is by far the neatest option for this job . Also worth sourcing your pipe in 1km reel (up to 2k possible) . Big saving in time and fittings and less to worry about in future . Good luck

    Remind me how long the feed in tariff was guaranteed to the early adopters of AD ? Will these units be viable once the government money stops ? I would love to know how much electricity you could produce if all the litres of diesel used in our local big outfit were to be put through a generator??

    The ones I feel sorry for are the very small farmers who need a contractor once or twice a year to make some fodder - if they can persuade a contractor to do their (very important to them) job then it’s generally at the bottom of the pile or end up getting done in a spell of catchy weather...
